Pace Grand Prix at the Bend - Chattanooga Motorcar Festival Results!

I “got up on that wheel” and dug deep yesterday at the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival in the Pace Grand Prix of the Bend. My goal was to get into the 1:20s and stay in second behind Curt overall and that was achieved! My best time of the day was 1:28.4 and got 8.5 secs in improvement overall. That Lingenfelter Performance Engineering powered LS7 was running strong!!! 💪🏻 125mph at the top of 4th gear down that front section of the course felt INCREDIBLE!!!
Curt Sweringin and I were the only two running in the 20s and that made me feel great!! He was flawless in his 2021 IMSA GT3 Cup car and congrats  to him on the win!! 🙌🏻
What a great event…a great atmosphere and I met so many very cool people who truly love racing like myself. Big thanks to Harry B Dinwiddie and his wife Karen and Scott Michael for their awesome company and it was great hanging with you all!!
I seriously had some apprehension about attempting this Grand Prix as I knew there were significant risks in doing this but I am proud I put all my doubts to rest and drove my heart out on that course! The experiences on course helped me grow as a racer and that’s what this is all about - getting quicker and always improving!
I will definitely be back in 2022!!

I recorded in-car video in that last race yesterday and it’s up on my youtube channel and link in my IG bio. Not sure why but the gopro cut the race in half so i’ll be getting the second half up asap. You all will see the course and how crazy it was to run!! I’ll never look at hay bales the same way again!! 😬

Huge thanks to my sponsors and partners in their support for Team Tracy Motorsport!!!
