PIKES PEAK PRACTICE CONTINUES
Yesterday’s lower section practice/qualifying went very well!!! Qualified 15th in the very stacked and fast Pikes Peak Open Class!! Was able to drop 20 seconds off my previous fastest in that section despite 2 mistakes made in that fastest run. Will keep digging not only in this section but the entire course when we finally get to run the entire course on Sunday!!
Here’s my fastest times for each section and time shaved this week:
upper 2:53.470 46 seconds off
middle 2:58.926. 19 seconds off
lower 4:43. 20 seconds off
Last night’s Meet and Greet with my crew and I at Mike Maroone Chevrolet North was awesome! Had a bunch of corvette enthusiasts there and I appreciate all of their support!!
This afternoon I am looking forward to being a part of the Women in Motorsports NA panel discussion from 2:30-5 down at the Springhill Suites and Element in Colorado Springs downtown. From there it’s off directly to Fan Fest downtown and I look forward to meeting everyone and having my car down in the Team Tracy Motorsport booth!! As you can tell it’s another very busy day in this most incredible #PPIHC raceweek!
